Former Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Jameis Winston was the No. 1 pick in yesterday’s NFL draft and will be playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next season.

Winston later posted this pic to Instagram of him enjoying a celebratory crab leg feast:

Remember Winston was suspended from the Florida State baseball team in 2014 after he was “cited for shoplifting $32.72” of crab legs from a Tallahassee Publix, making the two-sport athlete an instant meme:

However, many on Twitter aren’t happy with the star QB poking fun at his past legal issues:

Winston also faces a civil lawsuit filed by the woman who accused him of raping her in 2012. Will he make light of this as well?
