So, this just happened. Sally Kohn is quite angry at Republicans in Congress moving forward on legislation authorizing the Keystone XL pipeline, and let loose with this smart-take accusing the legislators of taking “unilateral action”:

Come on, Sally. The job of a Representative or Senator is to write and vote on bills. How in the heck did 535 people doing their job become “unilateral action”? It’s not at all like what President Obama did with his immigration executive orders. At all.
