But given some of the headlines from the MSM, you wouldn’t think there’s any real problem with HHS’s much lowered forecast:

“Modest.” “Cautious.” Soothing words for really bad news.

But check out this winner of the nothing-to-see-here headline competition from the New York Times:

The numbers have “room to grow.”

You see? It’s like a parent who buys pants for their kid that are just a little too big so he or she can grow into them. It’s smart. Or duplicitous:
