Remember that hullabaloo we reported with a week to go before the election when Sen. Mary Landrieu of Louisiana told NBC News that “I’ll be very, very honest with you. The South has not always been the friendliest place for African-Americans.”?
Libs went on to defend Landrieu, of course. Salon’s Joan Walsh wrote, “Kudos to Landrieu for truth about many white Southern vote,” while the New Republic published a piece titled “Mary Landrieu’s Remark About Blacks in the South Was True—and Politically Shrewd.”
Well, it looks like the “shrewd” Mary Landrieu is playing the race-card again. Check out her new strategy going into her Senate runoff election on December 6 where she attempts to tie her opponent, Rep. Bill Cassidy, to President Obama!

.@BillCassidy only voted against POTUS 4x in the 113th Congress. One of those was to block $100M in disaster aid from the River Parishes.
