A Glance at Some of the People Upset Thomas Massie Lost Speaks Volumes

As you know, Republican Rep. Thomas Massie lost his primary battle to GOP challenger Ed Gallrein. However, Massie handled the defeat with quiet grace and dignity.

Just kidding!

Massie took some parting shots at Gallrein, including this: 

I wouldn't be surprised now if Massie gets hired by MeidasTouch or The Bulwark now that he's being forced out of Congress. 

Why did Massie lose? The Federalist's Sean Davis had a good summary in this post, and click it to read the whole thing:

Massie definitely took a pivot, and the possible reasons are many, including the tragic loss of his wife, as @seanmdav mentioned:

"We’ll never know what caused the apparent personality change—maybe it was the death of his wife, maybe it was the McCarthy race followed by McCarthy’s ouster, or maybe it was a desire for notoriety or media acclaim and a lucrative podcasting career outside of Congress—but the drastic change was undeniable, as was the seeming lack of interest in much of anything happening in Kentucky."

The sheer number of Dems and TDS grifter groups upset that Massie lost is starting to make me think that maybe something good happened. 

What tells me everything I need to know is all the Democrats who are upset by Massie's loss. 

The Democrats are saying Republicans (and their voters) aren't tolerant of dissenting voices. This comes from the same party that's probably going to try and primary John Fetterman out of a job for the political crime of not being bats**t crazy enough to remain a Democrat these days.

The Lincoln Project being troubled by Massie's loss is also telling:

Considering the past of one of its founders, the LP doesn't have enough shame to sit that one out. 

And of course, intrepid Resistance "journalist" Jim Acosta is always there to push the Left's narrative: 

It's worth noting that the Democrats didn't care much about the "Epstein files" when they controlled the White House, Senate and House of Reps. 

I don't live in Kentucky, but all I know is that, as usual, if a bunch of Democrats and lefty media types are upset then it's very likely something good has happened.
