There have been rumors and speculation about Biden possibly nominating VP Kamala Harris for an open SCOTUS seat, and Jen Psaki was asked about that today. Psaki neither confirmed nor denied that:
Psaki refuses to simply outright deny Kamala Harris is being considered as a SCOTUS nominee when asked by Alexander and Doocy.

It could be months before Breyer steps down so the speculation is only going to accelerate during that time.

Worth noting: Biden not long ago promised that 2024 would again be a “Biden/Harris” ticket, but that’s a long way off.
