There have been rumors and speculation about Biden possibly nominating VP Kamala Harris for an open SCOTUS seat, and Jen Psaki was asked about that today. Psaki neither confirmed nor denied that:

Psaki refuses to simply outright deny Kamala Harris is being considered as a SCOTUS nominee when asked by Alexander and Doocy.
