Earlier today, the Supreme Court, in a 6-3 ruling, put a halt to the Biden administration’s OSHA vaccine mandate:

That was just one of Biden’s losses today. The other was Sen. Kyrsten Sinema holding firm on not supporting Dem attempts to nuke the filibuster so the Biden agenda can be rammed through the Senate.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki is now spinning a growing pile of losses for this administration, and she had this to say about Biden the messenger:

“Not always the most effective messenger” might be a huge understatement, but Psaki’s certainly not wrong there.

As for Psaki saying that everybody in the country is not waiting for Biden to tell them what to do:

Biden would love to tell everybody what to do if the courts would stop smacking him down.

But he’s certainly trying to tell us what to do.
