Barack Obama is campaigning on behalf of Biden/Harris in Pennsylvania today, which could signal that Joe’s campaign isn’t up by quite as much as the media has been reporting. The former president also put out a video in support of Biden, and this is what Obama offered as reasons to vote for the Democrat in less than two weeks:
Fmr. President Obama: "One of the most inspiring things about this year has been to see so many young Americans fired up, organizing, marching, and fighting for change. Your generation could be the one that creates a new normal in America." pic.twitter.com/RiAcLu3Neq

Well, that’s one way to put it:
"Fired up"
Interesting choice of words https://t.co/Glyf79Aaqh

"Fired up" they did indeed. https://t.co/KgcoHQlWMo

Perhaps the former president was taking a page from CNN’s reporting on the “fiery but mostly peaceful” protests earlier this year.
I've seen the Democrats' 'new normal' in places like Portland, Seattle and Minneapolis. I want no part of it. https://t.co/tVHbTG96XX

But it sure is nice of Obama to come right out and say what electing Biden & Harris would help bring about.
"I'm so inspired by month after month of rioting, mayhem, murder and super-spreader events by spoiled tantrum-throwers none of whom have managed to make anything better for anyone, anywhere." #ThanksObama. https://t.co/3C2vdsZ5wZ

Is this new normal like 2020? https://t.co/R0GaHJygpX

that sounds awful https://t.co/yxR8iL3zoX

Their new normal is riots and violence. No thanks.

Imagine all the people that got their businesses destroyed by the riots, I wonder what they would say about this hot take from Barry?

"One of the most inspiring things about this year has been to see how COVID-19 does not exist when young people gather for the certain causes" https://t.co/pUHVM0CoEy

Because SCIENCE, or something.
