As Twitchy told you earlier, MSNBC’s Chris Hayes had some takes about the Electoral College that were scorching hot, and one in particular caught the attention of many. Here’s what Hayes said on his show:
“The weirdest thing about the electoral college is the fact that if it wasn’t specifically in the Constitution for the presidency, it would be unconstitutional.”
That’s a doozy, right? But Brit Hume pointed out what was perhaps the best part of the story:
