There are a couple of things that happened in the GOP-controlled U.S. Senate today that are bound to make the Democrats’ heads explode (if there are any unexploded ones left). First, after bringing the Green New Deal to a vote only to have all Dems vote “present,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell sounds like he’s fresh out of bluffs to call:
