SERIOUSLY? Joe Scarborough accuses Red Cross of spinning for Trump after getting fact checked

Late last week, some journalists and commentators were all over an American Red Cross tweet and passing it along as a claim that the Trump administration was not allowing the organization access to people being held in detention facilities near the border.
