As Twitchy told you earlier, Vanity Fair contributing editor and Newsweek writer Kurt Eichenwald came unhinged in an anti-AHCA rant that included hopes for family members of GOPers who voted for the bill to “lose insurance & die.” Eichenwald also mentioned the false rumor that Republicans had a beer bash after the AHCA vote (which left some media outlets deleting tweets that turned out to be incorrect):
@Stan_Kansas sorry. They want to drink beer celebrating killing people? Then it should be their loved ones who die.

Daily Caller reporter Peter Hasson informed Eichenwald that stories of a “beer bash” weren’t true, and here’s what he said was written back:
I informed Kurt via email that the anecdote about R's drinking beer post-AHCA is false. He replied: "Do you realize who gives a shit? https://t.co/mTuYhgGSBp

That kind of response is unfortunately not unexpected.

Well, that seems like every other liberal position. Facts? Who cares? https://t.co/UTOcwtKq0m
