As we reported yesterday, Mitt Romney will be among high profile Republicans skipping the GOP convention this summer in Cleveland.
Donald Trump’s spokesperson Katrina Pierson blasted Romney today, and her criticism included something that raised some eyebrows:
One of Katrina Pierson's criticisms of Mitt Romney is that he is "pro adoption" pic.twitter.com/z8b9uafaBA

Huh?
Wait.

Did she mean to say something else?
Pierson's a moron, but I'm guessing she probably meant 'gay adoption' as in adoption by people/couples. https://t.co/kQ8rSaDnvU

We’ll wait to see if Pierson clarifies that remark. But as it stands, most people don’t consider being “pro adoption” to be a bad thing:
How *dare* he support giving disadvantaged children a stable home! https://t.co/zEztuAxwWk

Seriously though: What is wrong (or "not conservative") about being pro-adoption? https://t.co/C2E6NSArBZ
