A U.S. Airman who was injured helping subdue an Islamist attacker carrying a reported 300 rounds of ammunition on a train from Amsterdam to Paris has been identified:

Two other Americans, Alek Skarlatos, an National Guardsman stationed in Afghanistan, and Anthony Sadler, helped disarm and take down the gunman after he began to attack.
