John Kerry led a delegation today to raise the American flag over a U.S. embassy in Havana for the first time in decades.

John Kerry claimed that Cuban dissidents were not invited to the U.S. Embassy flag raising because space was limited, and not because the Obama administration feared upsetting the Castros.
