Yesterday, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Director Katherine Archuleta was grilled by members of both parties on the House Oversight Committee about recent hacks that compromised sensitive information in regards to nearly all federal workers. It was a huge breach, and as video of Archuleta’s testimony proves, the department was woefully unprepared when it came to computer security.

Being fired is apparently out of the question when it comes to this administration (Obama appointed Archuleta to head OPM in May of 2013).
