Another day brought another lesson in progressive economics.

A journalist/blogger for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution weighed in about the controversy over Memories Pizza in Indiana, which closed down due to threats of violence after the owner dared voice an opinion about gay marriage that the Progressive Tolerance Police didn’t like:

Huh!?

In other words, people who believe in the “free market” are hypocrites if they’re disgusted by the hateful vitriol and threats directed at Memories Pizza? Nice try, but not even close:

Simply refusing to do business somewhere is definitely a market force, but that’s not what made Memories Pizza close down, as Bookman was reminded:

If Memories Pizza were a liberal establishment, would the media cite “market forces” as the reason for its closure?
