White House Deputy Press Secretary Eric Schultz attempted to help Hillary Clinton out of her bind by passing along this ABC News story:
It that a big deal? No: “Chaffetz told ABC News that his business card was not paid for with government funds and that Congress is not subject to the Federal Records Act.”
In spite of the fact that a Federal worker’s email regs aren’t nearly the same as those for members of Congress, the White House press office seems to hope the bogus comparison helps vindicate Hillary. It doesn’t:
