Donna Shalala, president of the University of Miami and former Secretary of Health & Human Services during the Clinton administration, will be the new CEO of the Clinton Foundation. The Foundation has been criticized of late for its acceptance of donations from foreign nations while Hillary Clinton was serving as Secretary of State.
