'Cuz abuse is comedy gold': Salon columnist blasted for 'joke' equating Ray Rice and Hobby Lobby

A horrible video released earlier showed former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice punching and knocking out his fiancee.

There’s apparently some political agenda ground to be gained, because according to author and Salon op-ed columnist CJ Werleman, Rice is now qualified for a new career:
