Actor Mark Ruffalo is in Detroit and has joined a protest against the city turning off water to those who aren’t paying their bills.
This afternoon, Ruffalo called for more people to join in:

Protesters might view that as either an “unintended consequence” or merely a case of “you can’t make an omelette without breaking some eggs.”
