During the House Ways and Means Committee questioning of IRS head John Koskinen, Democrats Joe Crowley of New York and Lloyd Doggett of Texas dismissed the entire investigation into the “lost” Lois Lerner emails as an empty conspiracy chase.
Crowley compared those seeking to get to the bottom of the IRS scandal to the search for Obama’s birth certificate:
