When people think about Barack Obama and Ted Cruz, perhaps the last thing that comes to mind is “agreeing on an issue.” However, for Throwback Thursday, Sen. Cruz remembered a time when he agreed wholeheartedly with Obama on the topic of a U.S. president circumventing Congress. But that was then and this is now.
