Harry Reid is upset that the Dem-controlled U.S. Senate voted to block President Obama’s nomination of Debo Adegbile to head the Justice Department’s civil rights division. Adegbile has assisted in the representation of Mumia Abu-Jamal, who was convicted of killing a police officer in 1981.
The Senate blocking Adegbile because of that constitutes “unfair guilt by association” according to Reid:
I am very disappointed that the Senate failed to confirm Debo Adegbile today. It was unfair guilt by association. http://t.co/qhVB2D68vw

Advice for next time:
In the future @SenatorReid tell a Obama not to nominate a
politically/race motivated NAACP #CopKillerDefender then you won't have to cry!— Mary Forbes ??✝️ (@MaryForbes14) March 6, 2014
