George Foreman: American dream still within reach; Room for new inventions

George Foreman, the former heavyweight champion who is perhaps better known to some as the name and face behind the George Foreman Grill, tweeted today that it is still possible to “make it” in America today.

Foreman started out by talking about the importance of “paying the bills”:

They who pay their bills, are to be Loved, honored & cherished, until death. If you can't just don't hide and lie.

It's never too late to change, I once ran from responsibilities. Got a 2 chance to pay off my bills. Sleep is better,can't pay tell'm so.

Optimism that the “American dream” is still out there:

American was build in small garages. Believe in you, try you hand at creating something we all need. There is room for new inventions.

One way to get more people to want to succeed financially might be to get those who demonize “the rich” to pipe down. Maybe Mr. Foreman could convince them.
