AP reporter asks tough question about deputy State Department spokesperson's visitor [pic]

Not that there is usually any shortage of available lapdogs for a press secretary in the Obama administration, but Marie Harf, deputy spokesperson for the State Department, showed off a cute puppy today.

An Associated Press reporter had a question:

.@marieharf Yes! Very cute puppy. Does he have a Syria policy?! (Couldn't resist)
