'I hope this means she's running': Mass State Rep. gets birthday card from Hillary Clinton [pic]

Perhaps the biggest clue that Hillary Clinton is not running can be found in the part of the card to Massachusetts State Rep. Carolyn Dykema where Hillary pointed out that there are no presents enclosed, nor were any promised. But as the saying goes, what difference does it make?
