In desperation to dig up dirt on me the low-life's at HSS are following & secretly videotaping my wife and 8 year old daughter around town.

Geraldo Rivera is suing the Hospital for Special Surgery, alleging botched back surgery and accusing the hospital of secretly videotaping his family:
When the New York jury sees how HSS markets and sells surgery like it was a pair of shoes I think they'll see how they need regulating

If I win the lawsuit vs HSS I'm donating every penny to a charity devoted to the prevention of unnecessary and/or excessive back surgery

Yes I can still ride my bike, swim and sail my boat-but I can no longer jog, play tennis, baseball, hoops, ski, or other beloved sports

Yesterday, Rivera tweeted this:

And this tweet a few days prior:

Often patients must sign papers acknowledging the risks prior to surgeries of this sort, and that will be something the Court will sort through if Rivera follows through with this lawsuit.
As for the “secret videotaping,” if anybody wanted candid shots of Geraldo all they had to do was check his Twitter feed from time to time.
