During a House Judiciary Committee hearing yesterday, FBI Director Robert Mueller was asked about the Justice Department’s investigation of Fox News reporter James Rosen. Mueller testified that he wasn’t familiar with the details of the case, much to the apparent surprise of Fox News’ Brit Hume and others:

In fairness to the FBI director, he’d have had more information about the Rosen case, but it was on a BOLO list and, well, Mueller didn’t know what that was.
