Boston Red Sox star pitcher Josh Beckett is at the center of another baseball controversy. Just one day after the team announced the right-hander would miss a game due to a strained latissimus muscle, he was seen playing a game of golf as if he had never been injured at all.

To make matters worse Beckett continues to deny seeing anything wrong with his actions. When asked about it he became arrogant and refused to apologize.

“We get 18 off days a year,” Beckett said. “I think we deserve a little time to ourselves.

“I’ll spend my off days how I want to spend them.”

Fans were not at all pleased with Beckett’s attitude.!/cdginder2/status/200916985788375040!/MikeMcMahonET/status/200778612000034816!/lomartin33/status/200739121126313985!/GageFair/status/200963848499503105!/Sarcastidon/status/200963768249880577!/BobWCVB/status/200963028529844224!/craigcounsell/status/200962909357084672!/DanIversRJ/status/200962650061029376!/jamccaughran/status/200961936047882240
