Former Minnesota Vikings great and one of the best wide receivers to ever play the game of football has admitted to using a bounty system while he was in the NFL.
Throughout the years, Cris Carter has been seen as many fans as one of the “good guys” who should have been inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame years ago. After his latest comments, people are beginning to see him in an entirely different light.
“I’m guilty of (bounties) — I mean, first time I’ve ever admitted it — but I put a bounty on guys before,” Carter told ESPN. “I put bounties on guys. If a guy tries to take me out, a guy takes a cheap shot on me? I put a bounty on him right now!”

Not everyone is shocked by Carter’s comments. More and more people are starting to believe that bounties have been going on forever.
