NBC News: ‘Man’ Arrested for Threatening ‘Conservative Influencer Who Has Deep Ties to Trump Admin’

@WhiteTallon

First, we had "Maryland man" Kilmar Abrego Garcia. And that's not the last time that the media has used similar language to describe illegal aliens.

The media has the same attitude toward left-wing extremists. Benny Johnson is right — they're trying to paint him as someone who deserved death threats because he has "deep ties to the Trump administration."

They could have stopped at "conservative influencer."

NBC News reports:

Federal authorities this week charged a 69-year-old California man with sending a threatening letter to the home of a conservative influencer who has deep ties to the Trump administration.

George Russell Isbell Jr. of San Diego was charged with mailing the letter to Benny Johnson, who appeared at a news conference with Attorney General Pam Bondi on Friday to announce the charges. Johnson was close with conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated last month.

In the letter, Isbell allegedly called Johnson a "prostrating Trump boot licker" and said he needed to be "exterminated," while adding that he wouldn't take action against Johnson because he was "not giving up my freedom for worm s--- like you." Instead the letter wished for violence against Johnson.

“Here is hoping the American flag strangles the life out of you,” Isbell allegedly wrote. “My uncle drowned in the Rhine River to defeat fascists like you and I will not let his death be in vane.”

“Maybe someone will blow your head off!!! We can hope!" Isbell wrote. "Planning any public engagements? Love to see your head explode and your blood stain the concrete red. What a sight!"

NBC News adds:

Johnson has deep relationships within the Trump administration. Justice Department news conferences don't typically involve the alleged victims of crimes, but Johnson appeared alongside Bondi and proclaimed that "violence has been mainstreamed by the Democrat Party."

Maybe NBC News could put some journalists on the story and see if violence really has been mainstreamed by the Democratic Party. I wrote earlier about a woman on TikTok who wanted armed citizens to "shoot back" at ICE. ICE isn't shooting anyone — she gets images in her head, probably by watching NBC News.

And maybe conservatives are a little on edge since Charlie Kirk was assassinated by a leftist nut with a furry boyfriend.

Exactly. It is coded language.

They knew what they were doing, even if it was at a subconscious level. What do they mean, exactly, by "deep ties"? Does Benny Johnson work in the administration? Does he advise the president? If so, yeah, NBC News can see why he was targeted with death threats.

It is! It's the same guy who asked if earplugs were rubber bullets in Ferguson. It looks like he's moved up from wherever he was then to the big time. Network news.

Federal authorities charge coward brainwashed leftist with sending a threatening letter to the home of a conservative influencer. Fix it.

I will give credit to NBC News for calling Johnson conservative and not "far-right." I say it all the time … go to CNN.com and search for "far-left." You get maybe six hits, and at least one of them is about left-handedness.
