I always wonder when I drive by the little Methodist (?) church around the corner if their sign with the rainbow saying "All Are Welcome" includes me, because I'm pretty sure it doesn't. I don't own a MAGA cap, but I would be interested to take a seat in the pew with one on my head.
I've learned that the Episcopal Church is utterly lost. As we reported, the church broke ties with the government's refugee settlement program after it learned that a whole 59 white South Africans were being welcomed to the country as refugees. Episcopal Church Bishop Sean Rowe went on cable news the other day to explain that it was against what the church stood for to help white refugees fleeing South Africa, as it contradicted its mission.
Rowe went on CNN with Anderson Cooper to explain that it was the Afrikaners, not the illegal immigrants who streamed across the border during the Biden administration, who had "jumped the line."
Episcopal Church Presiding Bishop Sean Rowe defends his refusal to resettle South African refugees: “This is really about people who have jumped the line.”

Anyway, I'm not sure which Protestant church hasn't lost its way. Check out this "impastor," Carla Cheatham, showing off her cool pride and Kente cloth vestments :

“I’m a pastor, but you will never hear about shame, judgment, or even sin at this church.”

Um, so Pastor … why did Jesus die?
Yikes on bikes 😬

You will never hear about judgment or sin at this church. I'm no Biblical scholar, but I'd heard that God sat in judgment of sinners, which includes all of us.

I found the original video on TikTok and learned that Faith United Church of Christ in New Braunfels, Texas, which even has a rainbow in its logo, has 33 followers. Does it draw in 33 worshipers every Sunday? If so, I don't want to meet them.
Besides the fact that this makes no sense, what is that haircut?

I thought that was bad, and then I came across this female reverend introducing Rachel Levine's uglier little brother, reading off a list of every sexuality he can think of.
Female Reverend says it’s a gift to be “queering the church” as transgender man says the church is welcoming of all genders including “cross dressers.”

🤡 It took him 23 seconds of naming every make believe gender and every sexual preference. And he didn’t even include male and female.

"Queering the Church."
I know he'd posted some problematic tweets, but I have high hopes for Pope Leo XIV. Don't let me down.
