As Twitchy reported earlier, reporter and commentator Drew Hernandez’s videos taken in Kenosha, Wisconsin on August 25th, 2020 were the focus of part of the Rittenhouse trial Thursday. You might recall that prosecutor Thomas Binger thought that Hernandez’s videos were “very slanted against the people who were rioting.”

Here’s more from Binger. Hernandez calls himself a journalist and a political commentator, and Binger tried to discredit Hernandez over a tweet he sent, asking if it’s usual for a journalist to interject their opinion into a story.

Just like members of Congress, who are supposed to be familiar with due process and the law, tweeted last summer that Rittenhouse was a white supremacist domestic terrorist.”
