Fight for 15 dismisses getting a second job as #BoomerAdvice

If you’ve been on Twitter for the last month or so, and we know you have, you know that “OK Boomer” is now the standard dismissing reply that “Beto is a furry” used to be. Some baby boomers are taking that very personally, with at least one guy calling it the N-word of ageism and a lawyer warning people not to use it at work or risk violating the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.

Fight for 15, the organization advocating for a $15 minimum wage nationally, decided to get in on the act and suggest that getting a second job to make ends meet is “boomer advice.”
