We wonder how long a columnist could stay employed as the “conservative” voice at The Washington Post if every column he wrote was anti-Trump, to the point where he called on Republicans to vote a straight Democratic ticket in the midterms to ensure there was a roadblock to keep the president from advancing his agenda.

Actually, we don’t wonder that at all, but the Post’s Max Boot pondered they hypothetical lifespan of an op-ed editor of a Rupert Murdoch-owned paper like The New York Post who published opinion pieces critical of Trump.

We don’t know … why not ask one?
