New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and his wife wanted to make it perfectly clear they too were on the streets Saturday for the Women’s March, apparently not deterred by the rampant anti-Semitism at the very top of the organization.
In case you can’t stomach the video that far, de Blasio calls the Women’s March “the single greatest protest in the history of the United States.” That’s … something.
Two years ago, women across the country stood up to an agenda of fear with the largest protest in history. That set off a wave of activism and energy that can overcome any divisions. #WomensMarch2019 pic.twitter.com/S5iz64kfaT

The whole thing is meme-worthy, but we thought this GIF really captured the gravity of the mayor’s words.

THERE it is! Bill de Blasio says there’s ‘plenty of money’ in the world, but the PROBLEM is… (just guess) https://t.co/oFMIUKjpxp
