As Twitchy reported earlier, The New York Times published an anonymous op-ed from a Trump administration insider who says there’s a group of people working inside the White House to sabotage the president’s agenda. To be honest, that’s not surprising; what’s surprising is The Times actually published an anonymous op-ed.
We’re really glad liberal watchdog Media Matters tweeted this; we know they’ll take any chance they can get to dunk on Fox News, but in the process, they’re actually exposing just how liberal both CNN and MSNBC are, as if we didn’t know that either.
In any case, check out this amazing media reporting:

Haven’t we be told over the last few months that if Brett Kavanaugh is confirmed to the Supreme Court people will literally die? Citizens will lose their right to vote? We’ll be living in the fictional Gilead of “The Handmaid’s Tale”? These hearings certainly seemed important this morning.
The Kavanaugh hearings were the only real news today. Everything in the op-ed is a rehash of 18 months of reporting. https://t.co/aY03bZ79bZ

Who are you trying to dunk on with this tweet?

Are you trying to make Fox News look good here? https://t.co/dXY0gcLGU4

I'm all for dunking on Fox News, but seems to me the swearing in of a Supreme Court Justice is more important than palace intrigue…
— Davis Richardson (@DavisOliverR) September 5, 2018
For once Fox was covering what mattered.

One of those days where…Fox is the only reporting real news. https://t.co/jgRoJzPyxi

Good for Fox. The confirmation hearing of a Supreme Court justice is vastly more important than an anonymous op-ed. https://t.co/reaDEElq2F

Good job Fox and I never say that!
— Codename Dutchess (@Jimmy_Stick) September 5, 2018
The Kavanaugh hearings are significantly more important than an anonymous op-ed. https://t.co/GgsgNzdZ0O

Arguably Fox is covering the correct story in this case. The op ed literally has no effect on anyone's life moving forward

Fox News got it right this time.

Supreme Court Justice vs the rantings of a anonymous “Senior Admin Official”.
…and CNN & MSNBC wonder why their ratings are failing… lol. They have NO idea what’s important to the American people.#bubble

Wow, thanks for criticising CNN and MSNBC for once

Was the op-ed cleverly timed to distract from the Kavanaugh hearings?
It worked then
