On Sunday night, President Trump sent an all-caps warning to Iran’s president warning him to “be cautious” about spouting off about “the mother of all wars,” and Resistance leaders like Debra Messing joined together to report the president’s Tweet to Twitter for violating its terms of service — after all, it was a threat.
We weren’t surprised that lefty celebrities would be trying to get Trump’s account suspended, but we were a little surprised to find NBC News correspondent Bill Neely suggesting Trump ought to be suspended just like a regular citizen would (if he were a conservative).
I’m sure this Tweet is violating Twitter’s rules. As a regular citizen, try posting this about someone and see what happens- I suspect your account would be suspended. Twitter? https://t.co/FxNiNBTDhV

Trust us … Twitter has heard all about it. You can stop reporting it now.
Wait a second, I was told that the press doesn't take sides. https://t.co/KRF7i0SQEd

An NBC CORRESPONDENT is defending and offended on behalf of the Iranian president. The same president whose hobby is murder of his country's citizens and treatment of women as second class and slaves. The same president who cries "Death to America"… https://t.co/h1oaPF8OpB

Journalists are like… totally neutral and stuff. Like… totally.
Just ask them, they will tell you. When they're not tweeting stuff like this.#tcot #MAGA https://t.co/mzTRZTbyYS
