Here’s some good news for those of you whose blood is still boiling after watching that video of Palestinian teenagers taunting, slapping, and kicking Israeli soldiers while filming them with an iPhone, obviously hoping for one to lose his cool.

If you missed it the first time, here it is again:

Ah yes, the good news. One of the teens, a 17-year-old activist nicknamed “Shirley Temper” on pro-Israel blogs was arrested at her home in the middle of the night Monday. Why in the middle of the night?

“Whoever goes wild during the day will be arrested at night,” said Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman. “This is also an important message.”

ABC News reports:

Ahed [Tamimi] has been a constant feature at protests in the village for years but it’s the first time she has been detained by the Israeli military. Her detention has just been extended through Monday, according to her father. Even though she is a minor, she still goes to military court because she’s in the West Bank, not in Israel.

“Ahed is a symbol of her generation,” Tamimi told ABC News. “She is a symbol of victory and not defeat.”

Ahed Tamimi could face seven years in prison.
