A man accused of killing a 10-year-old girl and her grandparents by setting fire to their Youngstown, Ohio home in March of 2015 surprised officers following a pre-trial hearing Monday morning by shuffling quickly to the fourth-floor balcony railing at the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas and throwing himself over to the floor below.

Prosecutors were set to argue that Robert Seman had set the fire to kill the family because the 10-year-old was going to testify against him in a rape case.

WKBN reports that it was standard procedure that Seman wasn’t restrained by the deputies “due to the fact that the courts do not want individuals on trial to be seen with restraining devices on.”

Fuck any of you taking Seman's side and being pissed the media showed his suicide video. He's a coward and deserved a much worse death.
