The St. Paul Pioneer Press reports that Sen. Tim Kaine’s youngest son, Linwood Michael Kaine, 24, was arrested Saturday after protesters crashed the #March4Trump rally at the Minnesota State Capitol.

Kaine and four others were arrested on suspicion of second-degree riot. He was released from the Ramsey County jail Tuesday morning pending further investigation.

Sen. Tim Kaine release a statement Tuesday night to the Pioneer Press:

“We love that our three children have their own views and concerns about current political issues,” he said. “They fully understand the responsibility to express those concerns peacefully.”

Kaine, who goes by the name Woody, was reportedly seen with four people who lit fireworks inside the Capitol, according to a St. Paul police spokesman.
