Things got about as ugly as they could on “The Kelly File” Tuesday night without guest Newt Gingrich being physically present in the studio with Megyn Kelly. He accused her of being obsessed with sex, she sent him to work on his anger issues … and there was something about Donald Trump scattered in there too.
Trump’s social media director managed to catch the segment and advised followers to keep an eye on Kelly’s career after the election. He was talking about her career, right?

@DanScavino "Watch what happens to her?" I'm no Kelly fan, but your campaign really isn't learning from the whole "threats vs women" thing.

That would sound vaguely like a threat if there were any reason to believe Kelly had any reason to worry about her career.
The consequences for Kelly since Trump has made her a foil have so far been more influence, an interview show, and personal vindication. https://t.co/19p3gTXrSG

Kelly, meanwhile, probably isn’t spending the night wondering what Dan Scavino, Jr., will be doing next January.
You mean where she remains a successful tv host and you spend the next few years being a cautionary tale? https://t.co/pkLcIGscoQ

.@DanScavino She does just fine after the election, I'm guessing. You vanish into obscurity.
