Russian chess grandmaster Garry Kasparov has been sizing up the candidates from his perspective as a child of the Soviet Union, and he hasn’t been impressed, in turn slamming Bernie Sanders for his socialist ideals and Donald Trump for reminding him a bit too much of Vladimir Putin (and John Gotti).
That Gotti comparison was harsh, but it was nothing compared to Kasparov’s evaluation of Trump’s campaign appearance in Gettysburg, Pa., on Saturday.
So Trump goes to the site of Abraham Lincoln's most famous speech to bury the party Lincoln founded. Was Ford's Theater unavailable?

Parts of it were outstanding; it really is a shame Trump didn’t kick off his campaign with his 100-day plan and hammer it relentlessly.

@Kasparov63 Incredibly sad to see the death of Reagan's revolution.

@Kasparov63 Republicans ended their own party by not following will of the people. Time for the Populists/Nationalist.

@Kasparov63 Sir, I believe the only response to your joke is to tip Trump's king over.

Is there room in the burn unit for one more? Kasparov is getting plenty of heat himself.
@Kasparov63 Ironic that the only Russian confirmed to be trying to influence the US Election is trying to stop Trump, not get him elected.

@Kasparov63 Your anti-Putin schtick is better. We like Trump. We detest the Globalistas. Worry about Russia, we got America covered.

Just for the record, Kasparov’s made it clear he’s not a big Hillary fan either.
No, I'm not a Hillary "fan", as my years of writing make very clear. But you watch Trump & you don't care if Hillary has bubonic plague!
