As everyone expected, Gov. John Kasich used his 5 p.m. press conference in Columbus to announce that he was suspending his campaign.

Reactions to his speech ranged from “gracious” to “agonizing” to audible snoring.

Well, if Kasich ends up on the Republican ticket as Donald Trump’s running-mate, you’ll still be able to vote for him, albeit by pulling the lever for Trump.

Others, such as Dana Loesch, found Kasich’s exit somewhat less than gracious.

Pretty harsh … why all of the hard feelings?
