As Twitchy reported earlier, GOP candidate Ben Carson suspended his campaign activities for the day after he learned that a van carrying three team members flipped over on an icy road in Iowa and was then struck by another car.
The driver, a campaign volunteer, was transported to the trauma center at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, where it was just announced that he died from his injuries.

The other three campaign workers involved in the crash were treated and released from Cass County Memorial Hospital in Atlantic, Iowa.
