As Twitchy reported yesterday, a high-level Bernie Sanders staffer was fired after it was found that he had taken data from the Clinton campaign’s server. It was the best opportunity for fireworks between the candidates at Saturday night’s debate, and some wondered if Sanders would apologize for the breach during his opening statement. He didn’t, but the moderators did kick off the debate with a question about #BernieGate.
So ABC goes right after the voter data breach involving the Sanders campaign

So @BernieSanders in opening statement does not mention computer breach into @hillaryclinton data …now being asked about it…#Demdebate

Oh good, right to Vendor-Gate!

In an effort to strike out the audience, @ABC opens with quintessential inside Beltway voter vault story…click click click

First debate question is on an issue that approximately zero voters care about.

Wow I'm glad we're focusing on the really important issues like the internal data management of the DNC that'll put food on your table

Sanders explained just what happened.
"Our staff found information on our computers from the Clinton campaign." It just appeared. Magic.

Sanders: "Whoa what's going on here?"
— Zeke Miller (@ZekeJMiller) December 20, 2015
Bernie: Our staff found Hillary info on our servers. Just materialized. DNC vendor screwed up.// Then why'd he fire staffer? #DemDebate

So, are Hillary and Bernie cool? Yeah, they’re cool.
.@HillaryClinton does "sick and tired of hearing about your damn data breaches"-lite

Hillary should be like: “we’re sick and tired of hearing about your damn data theft.” #DemDebate

Hillary owes Bernie a solid on this campaign computer breach after he supported her on the email server thing.
— Anthony DeRosa? (@Anthony) December 20, 2015
OK, I've seen enough. Hillary doesn't want to make issue of stolen data, just as Bernie didn't with her damn emails #DemDebate

Love how @ABC is trying to use the data "scandal" thing to make this debate/primary more interesting. #nothelping #Demdebate
