Following individual remarks at the U.N. General Assembly, President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin held their first one-on-one meeting in two years. An anxious press corps awaited for the pair to emerge from their meeting room, preferably with Obama riding astride Putin’s bear and Putin pedaling Obama’s bike and wearing mom jeans.
No such luck there, but photographers had the advantage, as the pair shook hands for the cameras and quickly disappeared.
