The New York Daily News reported Friday that three more major sponsors have pulled their advertising from ABC’s “The View,” after Joy Behar and the other hosts made fun of Miss America contestant Kelley Johnson of Colorado, a nurse who wore scrubs and a stethoscope on stage.
“Why does she have a doctor’s stethoscope on?” joked Behar in a segment on Monday. She and another host later apologized after a social media backlash tagged #NursesUnited took off.
