President Obama traveled to the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse today to deliver a speech on the nation’s economy and to troll his host, Gov. Scott Walker, but as CBS News’ Mark Knoller notes, the Campaigner-in-Chief treated the speech like just another campaign stop.
